Located in Los Angeles County, Stevenson Ranch is an affluent community found within the Santa Clarita Valley. This unincorporated area consists of about 6.4 square miles of total space, and it has a population of approximately 18,000 residents. Stevenson Ranch is the location of several TV and film productions, including “Weeds” and “Pleasantville.” It is also well known for naming its streets after famous authors. The weather in Stevenson Ranch includes hot summers with varying humidity, and winters are usually mild or warm. Late summer and early autumn months are often quite dry, causing this time period to be known as “fire season.”

There are several notable attractions located in and around Stevenson Ranch. The Stevenson Ranch Shopping Center and Valencia Marketplace are popular shopping destinations in the community. Six Flags Magic Mountain is also located about three miles north of Stevenson Ranch.
