This is a fantastic Heating & Air Conditioning company. I loved the honesty that I received on all my questions when I was looking to purchase a new unit. They backup the installation with fantastic twice yearly maintenance service. It’s so nice we have such a great company in our city. Great fast service. Able to come to assist immediately with issues with our heater. Will was our technician and he was great. He was willing to explain aspects of the system, so that we can maintain it on our own. We will definitely use their services in the future.

Extremely good price for the work needed, to replace and update an entire system. The technicians were wonderful. They were professional and polite. Keeping me updated on the progress with ease. Very hot and the AC stops blowing cold overnight. One call in the morning and by 1:30pm we have a cool house again even with 102 degrees outside. Thanks for the quick and professional service.

Our upstairs AC went out during one of the hottest weeks of the summer so we needed immediate help. We were referred to GW by my father in law so we knew we were going to be in good hands. The response time was fast, I received a text message when the service tech was on their way and our issue was quickly solved. Fair pricing, no haggling and our tech was very professional and fixed the issue quickly. I'd highly recommend GW to anyone looking for help!

My AC was not working and GW Richardson saved the day! Our service tech was Will and he went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered, and he explained everything he was doing. He was very kind and friendly and I felt well taken care of. Needless to say my AC was back up and running and I felt like I got a great deal while also feeling very valued. Highly recommend this company and especially the service tech, Will!

Our AC stopped working Saturday night and they came out Monday afternoon to diagnose and were able to repair/replace the blow motor Tuesday morning. So grateful they were available for such a quick response in this So Cal heat!

My air conditioner broke down over the weekend during this heat wave. I called GW Richardson on Saturday. Kathy and Cassie called me back immediately to try to troubleshoot. A technician(Will) arrived at 7am Monday(today). Will fixed the problem. This company is amazing!

From my call into the office to schedule the appointment to the actual fixing of the air conditioner was effortless, efficient, quick and friendly. The 2 technicians who showed up were great! Very knowledgeable , explained problem thoroughly, very professional and on time. I will use them again and highly recommend. They are family owned, fair, and honest.
